By accessing or using the website (mstrategygroup.com), software platforms, or managed services operated by MStrategy, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MStrategy delivers a complete, managed solution lifecycle—including solution configuration, one-time setup and implementation, managed hosting in Microsoft Azure, ongoing maintenance, and enhancements. Customer content remains managed natively within customer-owned Box Intelligent Content Management repositories.
All software, portal architectures, branding, and proprietary tools developed by MStrategy remain the exclusive property of MStrategy. All files, documents, records, and digital assets managed inside Box remain the sole property and responsibility of the customer.
Users of MStrategy DRM and virtual data rooms agree not to circumvent watermarking, document tracking, download restrictions, or identity authentication mechanisms. Any unauthorized redistribution of protected materials is strictly prohibited.
In no event shall MStrategy be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our portal solutions, except to the extent specified in signed service level agreements.
